Hello! April is just around the corner, and here’s where you can find me:

17th April (Fri) @ Queen Margaret Union, Glasgow. I’ll be joining Elaine C Smith, Kid Canaveral (acoustic), Vladimir McTavish, Suspire, Lady Alba, Robin McAlpine, and many more for Common Weal North Glasgow’s CommonFest. Tickets are £5/£2 and are available here. 7pm start.

Also 17th April (Fri) @ The Mitchell Library, Glasgow. After the CommonFest I’ll be hot-footing it over to Aye Write! to take part in There’s Only One Aye Write! with Denise Mina, Louise Welsh, Christopher Brookmyre, Glasgow’s Poet Laureate Jim Carruth, and singer-songwriter Carol Laula. Tickets are £9 + booking, and are available here. 9pm start.

April 18th (Sat) @ The Mitchell Library, Glasgow. Join me for my Greatest Theatrical Hits show, featuring highlights from my new volume of Collected Plays. Tickets are £9 + booking, and are available here. 3pm start.

April 20th (Mon) @ The Mitchell Library, Glasgow. I will be giving my views on Scottish football as part of The State of the Scottish Football Nation with Ron Ferguson, Aidan Smith, and Stuart Donald. Tickets are £9 + booking, and are available here. 6pm start.

And a special mention goes to my wonderful partner Kirstin Innes’ book launch on April 2nd (Thurs). Fishnet is about sex work, sisterhood and everyday economics, and it’s officially being released by Freight Books on April 6th.
